Sweet Potato and Apple Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2014
My family loves this side dish. We aren't big sweet potato casserole fans (too much work for me and not big on toppings). But we love apples, so this was a big hit. Have made several times already.

Autumn Spice Ham Steak

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2014
I usually use ham steak glaze, but this is a great alternative. We love the syrup topping. I sounds strange and sweet, but turns out good with the apples. If u like your ham a little sweeter, try it!

Turkey Cheeseburger Meatloaf

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2014
This is our go to turkey meatloaf recipe. Sometimes I soak the bread in a little milk for more moisture. For topping we like 1/2 and 1/2 ketchup and bbq sauce mix. Loaf will be very sloppy and moist to form, but this means it will come out perfect.

Savory Crescent Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2014
Filling was wonderful. However should have rolled out crescents and used thinner ones for these. Too much roll to filling ratio. Originally only used 1 pkg crescents and made 4 large puffs with 1/4 of sheet or 2 triangles together.

Excellent and easy to make. Daughter loved these and she doesn't eat much chicken usually. Called then chicken nuggets. Next time will just bake and not fry. Didn't seem needed.

Turkey Reuben Burgers

Reviewed: May 22, 2014
Very good! The burger was moist, very mild but liked it with the toppings. We ate without the bread and was still exceptional. Used swiss instead of Mozz as personal preference.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2014
Excellent! It was a little soupier then I expected, but still tasted really good. I used fresh spinach, sauteed with garlic and onion (needed more then 1 box). Then followed suggestions and just put in raw chicken & covered with sauce and bacon and baked, covered in 350 for 1 hour. Served with simple couscous side. Everyone loved it, even my 1 year old! Will make again.

Squash Casserole II

Very good. Sautéed vegs first instead of boiling and it worked well. Not too mushy. 1 year old and hubby devoured.

LOVE these. Can even make without the tortilla. Have made with ham, turkey or chicken and dill or sweet pickles. Can also add a lil something by using flavored cream cheese. SOOOO good!

Turned out perfect for our St. Patty's day dinner. I needed to add some water when adding the vegs, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly.

Calico Bean Casserole

We have been making this recipe in our family for years. It is always very popular and goes quickly. All the beans, bacon and meat make something different then just plain baked beans.
