Fried Chicken Tenders
This recipe along with the dipping sauce was awesome. The only thing I did different to the sauce is only use 2 tbls of horseradish and we didnt have worcestershire sauce so I used a little bit of A1 sauce in place of it. Turned out great!!

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion
This recipe is awesome! Thank you so much. I did however alter it a little. I omitted the flour. And after I browned the pork chops, I added 2 Tbls of butter and added the onions which helped get the bits off the bottom of the skillet, and added a tbls of minced garlic. I then layered everything in a 9x14 roasting pan, and instead of beef bouillon, I had chicken on hand, and I didnt have lemon juice...this recipe turned out great. I put the pan in the oven at 375 for 30 mins....everyone loved it!
