World's Best Lasagna
It's been a long time since I made such a huge casserole for just my husband and me and there was none to waste. We ate every single last bite over the week.... and I don't even like sausage. Or lasagna, usually. I did not add the water because it already seemed so soupy to me.

Caramelized Baked Chicken
I baked this exactly as the recipe says, and the sauce was carmelized all right (at 45 minutes)... so much so that I had to take it outside because it was smoking so much and two of my smoke detectors went off. When we brought it back in, we saw the chicken itself wasn't burned, so we still ate it. It was not my favorite by any means, but it was edible. It's possible that I did something wrong, or perhaps carmelized soy sauce just isn't my flavor.
