Easy Armadillo Eggs

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2009
My husband loved these! I used shredded bbq pork instead of sausage, and panko instead of bread crumbs... They turned out great.

Gingerbread Pear Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2009
I followed the recipe exactly, but made these in a cupcake pan. They looked like tiny little cakes, very pretty, but I was the only one who actually liked them. Although, my family is too fond of gingerbread in the first place. I may try this again with a different cake mix.

Lana's Sweet and Sour Meatballs

I loved this recipe! I added a drop of coconut extract, red & yellow peppers & onion chunks to the sauce... This is definitely a keeper!

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2009
This turned out really well. I used lowfat ranch dressing, and it was creamy and wonderful. My family gobbled it up.

Delicious! This is how I always had carrots growing up, and this is still my favorite. It's timeless!

Cranberry Chicken I

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2009
This chicken recipe is a family favorite. We always make this after the holidays to use up leftover cranberries. This marinade is also great to use or reuse on party meatballs.
