Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This is a fantastic recipe. We aren't huge meatloaf fans, but everyone in my family gives this a huge thumbs up!

My daughter had been bugging me for DAYS to make pumpkin seeds, so I found the recipe and tried it. GREAT! I added a little seasoned salt. Also, I had to bake them longer--about an hour--until they dried properly.

Brown Sugar Glazed Pork Chops

This was VERY easy, and my family really enjoyed it. I used a package of stuffing mix I had on hand, and prepared it according to package instructions for water and butter before spreading it in the pan and putting the chops on it.

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

I thought these were great! I used a 1/2 cup peanut butter chips and a 1/2 cup of chocolate to take into account reviews suggesting a little more peanut butter and a little less chocolate. I also had a handful of salted peanuts on hand, so I chopped them up and added them with the chips at the end of the recipie. Yum!!!

Chicken, Cheese, and Biscuits

This was good and really easy. I used broccoli in place of the green beans, and it was really good. Next time, I think I'll at LEAST double, and maybe triple, the gravy, chicken and vegetables, though, as there wasn't NEARLY enough--it barely fed my daughter and me. If my husband had been home that night, we'd have been in trouble! :-)

Mom's Great Green Beans

This was great-tasting and easy to prepare. My young daughter liked it OK, but commented that it was "kind of spicy." However, since all of us liked it, it will definately be on the menu again!
