Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2014
This is much better if you add taco seasoning to the chicken and also use prepared Spanish rice. Continue with the layers as normal. My family tops with sour cream and crushed up nacho chips on the plate.

Creamy Chicken Tortellini Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2013
I made this tonight for supper. I did double the recipe, also added garlic, red onion, few tbsp. of margarine. 1/2 box of creamed spinach chopped very fine. 2 out of my 3 teenagers liked it. Made crusty bread and also added a little shredded 5-cheese Italian cheese on top of it in the bowl. Yummy!

Great Pumpkin Dessert

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2013
I have made this recipe several times. Both ways, with spice cake and with a butter pecan cake mix. Really yummy! After it cools I top it with cool whip mixed with a few tablespoons of brown sugar and a splash of vanilla. Refrigerate and its soooo good!

Warm French Onion Dip with Crusty Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2013
I made this recipe last night. I added like 2-3 Tbsp of worchershire sauce and garlic powder. Used 2 cans of soup, one block of cream cheese and 2 cups of mozzarella mixed with provolone. Put it all in a small crock pot and it turned out good. Served it with cubes of crusty garlic bread.

Sunshine Toast

I have also dipped the bread as for french toast and then done the toad in the hole too. Another one is to sprinkle garlic poweder on the bread so you have a garlic bread egg!

Fruit Pizza II

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
This is very good. Except I have my version. Instead of sugar cookie dough I mix up a red velvet cake mix, 1/3 c oil,1 egg,and a tablesppon of water to make it a cookie dough consistency. Spread that into a pizza pan and bake it till done. Also on top of the cream cheese mixture I spread strawberry glaze you can find in the produce dept of your store. Top with fruits of choice then I also sprinkle with a little coconut for the "cheese" on the pizza!
