Great recipe! I never made anything vegan before so i was nervous when the batter seemed too thin. I made cupcakes and they fluffed up perfectly. They tasted amazing everybody loved them, even the non-vegans. I didnt even use icing!

Coconut Poke Cake

I followed the recipe exactly but now i think i should've taken other viewers' advice.. it was crumbly, too sweet and too moist. We love coconut so i added coconut extract and it couldve been more coconut flavored.

Creamy Orange Cake

I first made the recipe using yellow cake mix. I couldnt really taste the orange but it was really good and moist! So then i made the recipe using the orange cake mix.

Southern Peach Cobbler

Overall this recipe was good. I added 1/4 to 2/3 cup of oats to the flour&sugar mixture. Since i also had some raspberries, i added a handful of them as well. It wasn't too sweet or too bitter!

Orange White Chocolate Chip Beltane Cookies

They tasted great right out of the oven because they were warm and chewy. I used 1 tablespoon of orange extract since i didnt have orange zest and it tasted very good with the perfect hint of orange. Maybe next time i make them i will use more. Thanks for the recipe!

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Very good.. especially while warm! I suggest you definitely use the powdered sugar because it is very chocolatey and the chocolate I used was very rich and a little bitter but it all turned out good. I also have to say it was not hard to make at all so go for it.

Not impressed. I had to keep it in the oven til about 30 min and they still seemed too uncooked. They were good until they cooled down and got too hard.

Pigs in a Blanket

they turned out excellent and even as leftovers. I cut up full size hot dogs into quarters. i used the biscuit dough because i didn't have crescent rolls and it was much better than i thought! i will definitely make them again! thanks

Orange Cream Fudge

Absolutely amazing fudge!!!! i love this recipe and i definitely plan on using it from now on. I'll never have to buy fudge again. Mine did not turn out grainy at all, probably because i used half fine grain sugar (but not confectioners) and i stirred it in the sauce pan until the sugar dissolved nicely. Thank you Betty for this wonderful recipe!! You are certainly right.. it is an easy recipe to make fudge real quick.

Corn Bread Casserole

I'm glad i added 2 tbsp of sour cream (and couldve added more) because it turned out nice and moist. I didnt choose to added paprika and garlic powder but i will add those in next time i make this!
