I am a busy wife and mom with a business I run from home. We recently moved to Cody, WY and are embracing the western culture in the area. This is a beautiful part of the country and we love the outdoors. I am hoping to gain more experience cooking with wild game, such as deer, elk, buffalo and antelope. Any recipes along those lines would be greatly appreciated! More about me when I think of something interesting. :)

Creamy Baked Ziti
I made this after looking for a quick and easy dinner for my family (and a way to use some cream cheese I had in the fridge). Everyone loved it! I loved the tomatoes and the creamy sauce!! We will definitely have this again! Another big plus is that it's simple enough for my daughter to make, since she is learning to cook.

Banana Crumb Muffins
What delicious and moist muffins! My kids who don't like bananas still didn't like these, but that means all the more for dad and me!!

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts
My daughter wanted doughnuts for her birthday sleepover. This recipes got rave reviews, so I had high expectations. I was NOT disappointed!! the doughnuts were light and fluffy and the girls devoured them. (Those that made it passed my husband anyway!) I made the recipe as written and made all doughnut holes since I don't have a doughnut cutter. Thanks for the great recipe!
