Wow! Crispy outside crust & nice fudge deep chocolate flavor on the inside. Everyone loved it. The only difference with mine is that I didnt have chocolate chips so I cut up some min kitkats (from halloween) and did 2 cups sugar.

Bundt Dutch Apple Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2011
I give this 4 stars because everyone loved this cake but i'm not a huge fan. It's not super sweet (which is why everyone else loves it) but i've made this cake so far 2 times. Keeper recipes for family events.

Wonderful flavor, but was alittle to runny in my opinion. Will make again to see maybe I did something different that made it runny.

Ice Cream Scones

Reviewed: May 27, 2011
I didnt have self-rising flour so I added baking powder to all-purpose flour. The scones came out nice & I love the idea of using ice cream as the flavor base for these cute treats. Next time I'll use Cherry Vanilla Ice Cream or Birthday cake ice cream.!

Wow! Great recipe. The only thing i changed: I used 1 cup & did a mix of crunchy, smooth & white chocolate flavor peanut butter. with that extra PB I melted it after I did the crumb topping & added to make more crumbs. & I didnt have milk so I used 1/4cup vanilla creamer & 3/4cup water.

Southwestern-Flavored Ground Beef or Turkey for Tacos & Salad

Reviewed: May 6, 2011
I am going to say that I didnt follow the recipe to the T BUT I took your concept & directions on how to cook it & I got to say I was happy with the results. With mine I like spicy so I added jalapinos; I also didnt have chili powder so I used adobo; & last I didnt have a can of dinced tomatoes so I used a can of tomato sauce & chopped up some tomatoes & put in in there. Great recipe.

Carrot Cake III

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2011
Prefect; I used this recipe for a cake order. The only thing I did was used mixed nuts & toasted them before I added them to the batter, Didnt have enough butter & didnt add all the confectioner's sugar for the frosting but it was still sweet & super yummy. Will use this recipe anything I have a carrot cake order. :]

Noodle Kugel (Dairy)

OMG! This was so easy, inexpensive & D-lish! First time ever making & eating Kugel. The only thing I did different was that I mixed in the brown sugar instead of sprinkling it on top. Will make again!

Apple Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
I give this 4 star for the original recipe but 5 with my mini changes. I didnt have walnuts; only had a mixed can of nuts & toasted them alittle before adding them to the batter. I also chopped the apples & beated it alittle so there were only small pieces of apple. Before I baked it I topped it w/ cinnamon strudel topping & had to bake for 45 mins.

Chocolate Applesauce Cake III

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2011
I was so dissappointed with this recipe. I should of notice something was up with the recipe with the sugar didnt mix properly with the butter & made this grainy look, I went along with the recipe & they batter had a werid white dots & when baked ( I baked as cupcakes) it didnt rise & was very werid in texture thou flavor was deff there. I'll try this recipe again, hopefully this time it comes out right.

My dad requested that I made him his favorite dessert; bread pudding. & he love butterscotch so I made him this & made my own caramel sauce that I put on top & he loved it. I also made a small batch for my house & everyone here loves it too. The only thing I did different was that I used coconut milk, white bread & added rasins.

Amazing this recipe was! This morning for new years I wanted to make my parents brunch & my mom is pregnant & craved pancakes. This recipe was the trick! & The hint about letting the batter rest alittle was a great idea. I even chopped up peppermint chocolate candies & added them into the pancake. They look them!

Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2010
Oh Gosh I could not tell you how easy & yummy this recipe is! I followed the directions just like they are but for the ingredients I used lite frozen whipped topping ( Cool Whip), & lite cream cream to lower the calories but no one would ever know by how good this was on my cupcakes on Thanksgiving!

Quick Pasta Carbonara

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2010
Very easy recipe. What I did is instead of using garlic powder I sauted real garlic in the bacon grease & everything else the same. The sauce was thick & i'm guessing its cause it's cheese sauce. Pop's enjoying it now.!
