These are addictive! A huge hit as an appetizer for Thanksgiving Day to keep hungry kids not so famished as the turkey was cooking. The batter could be improved and would allow for personal preferences of spices.

Apple and Sausage Cornbread Stuffing

Stuffing was a HUGE hit for Thanksgiving. The recipe was enough to stuff a large bird (19 lbs) with leftovers to bake in a pan. I also followed the suggestions of previous reviews in adding additional moisture--one egg and broth. Next time I make it the egg might be left out.

Blueberry Zucchini Bread

YUM! YUM! Double triple dog YUM! Recipe is easy to assemble, forgiving, and chock full of moisture and berries. Like most others that made this recipe I tweaked it suit my needs by adding two small bananas and cutting oil in half. For some reason I had enough for five mini pans (banana addage?) and the cooking time was increased slightly by five to seven mins. I would definitely make these again!
