Pesto Chicken Florentine

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2012
This was great! I used more pesto, because I love pesto and tossed in some fresh chopped tomatos.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

Reviewed: May 2, 2012
Absolutely delicious. I halved the sugar in the sweet potatos and honestly I think that I'd use all the sugar next time. I used brown sugar instead of white. This recipe is awesome.

Lemon Cupcake with Blackberry Buttercream

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2012
These were truly amazing cupcakes, what a great recipe. I tripled the batter to make three dozen and made 1 and a half times the icing. I really wanted to make the blackberry buttercream but unfortunately I was unable to find seedless blackberry jam; I used raspberry jam instead. Nevertheless they were amazing.

Butter Brickle Frozen Delight

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2012
WOW! This dessert is amazing and so impressive. My guests were wowed! My husband said it was the best dessert he's ever had! I followed the recipe exact except I only had a small can of sweetened condensed milk (10 oz). I kept all the other measurements the same. I made mine in a 9" springform pan with great results. I used pam on the bottom and sides of the pan and I had no problem getting the cake out. I feel the presentation of the cake would be alot better in the 9" springform as opposed to the 9 x 13 pan.

Roquefort Pear Salad

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2012
The very best salad EVER!!!!!! The flavors are amazing. I'm not a big salad person and I crave this salad often. The only changes I make are using dijon mustard instead of regular and using purple onion instead of green onion. You must try this one!

Wonderful Short Ribs

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2012
These ribs turned out great. I followed the recipe exact except for browning the ribs beforehand and deglazing the pan with red wine. I served it with "no yolk" noodles.

Yum! I was very pleased with the outcome of this chicken. I stuffed the bird with celery, onion, and fresh, parsley, rosemary, sage, and thyme. My daughter who is very picky loved it!

Dirty Diapers

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2012
So cute and delicious! I added shredded cheese to my beef instead of using slices as per the suggestion of another reviewer. I also did not cut my triangles in half. They turned out great.

Granola Bars III

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2012
These were awesome! I used dried blueberries, mini chocolate chips, and dried cranberries instead of walnuts and raisins because thats what I had on hand. Next time I will try using regular oats as opposed to quick quicking and whole wheat flour instead of white. Thanks IHARVEY!

Oatmeal Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2012
I thought these cookies were "ok". I followed the recipe exact but they weren't the chewy, decadent oatmeal cookie I was looking for. They kind of fell flat. If you like a crispier cookie these may be the cookie for you.

Cousin Cosmo's Greek Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2011
This is my husband's all time favorite meal! I use chicken broth instead of the water and bouillon cube and I do not flour the chicken because I find that the chicken gets soggy if I do so. I also use a whole bag of spinch and I make this recipe with Brazilian rice as per another reviewers suggestion.

Linda's Monster Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2011
Super Yummy! I was looking for a monster cookie recipe that didn't contain peanut butter so my daughter could take them to school in her lunch. I halfed the recipe and used butter in place of the margarine. I made the cookies large and baked them for 12 minutes @ 350.
