This was very good. I'm not a breakfast person so this fits me very well. I made mine with skim milk, blueberries, oatmeal, vanilla, and a little sugar subsitute. It was very good. Will be having this for breakfast more often.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2009
This was very good. It was all gone in one night. I used applesauce instead of the oil, and splenda for the sugar. It turned out very moist. I did use more zucchini than the recipe called for. Will be making alot more.

Microwave Bread and Butter Pickles

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2009
This was so easy and tasted great. I used splenda instead of sugar, and didnt have any onions, someone told me to just use the pickling spices, so I tried that and it was great. You just have to try to judge how much of it to put in. I guess I judged right because my boyfriend is a bread and butter pickle junkie and he thought they were great.

Baked Oatmeal II

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2009
Love this recipe. I used egg beaters in place of the eggs, substituted applesauce for half of the butter and used the brown sugar made by splenda.(one thing to remember if you use the brown sugar from splenda is that if it says in the recipe 1 cup you only use 1/2 cup of the splenda brown sugar. I forgot to do that.) Still turned out great but was sweet.

Easiest Ever Fruit Cobbler

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2009
This was great. Just made it for the first time and it is fantastic. I used fresh peaches, 1 cup of splenda, sprinkled a little brown sugar on top before baking, then before moving to the top rack I sprinkled a little cinnamon and sugar on top.I did bake it a little longer than what was said to on the top rack.

This was great. Took it to a picnic and it was a hit. I added more dill because I love dill and chunked up some cheese, and a little onion. Fantastic. Will be making again.

Rhubarb Strawberry Jam

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2009
This was the easiest jam I had ever made. I used only 2 1/2 cups of sugar and it was sweet enough. Made my first batch 2 days ago and it is gone already. Will make again and again. Was a big hit even with the mother-in-law.
