Chef John's Roasted Brussels Sprouts
This is a fantastic recipe. I wondered about all the steps until I put my cast iron skillet in the oven and heard the sizzling happening right away. They came out nicely browned and so yummy! Thank you for an awesome recipe.

Gluten-Free White Bread for Bread Machines
This bread is really good! I'm not a huge fan of the flavour of bean flours so I used sorghum flour in place of the soy flour. I also didn't use as much oil and used water & buttermilk powder. The bread was moist & flavourful. As with all GF breads, the batter is really like a quick bread and it should be! Don't mess with it. Tucked this away in the freezer for toast cravings. Very good. Thank you so much for posting this. It's given me hope!

Zucchini Brownies
I must have done something wrong. I followed the recipe as given, completely freaked out as I spread dry, powdery "batter" into the pan. Now it's more like the cookie base of a square and the texture is weird. I really wanted the to work, but won't invest the effort (even though it really wasn't much) to make them again. Sorry.
