Tried this recipe today but made some changes trying to reduce amount of sodium. I used skinless thighs because I prefer the taste and cost less. Instead of using Italian type seasoning instead of dressing mix packet, omited chicken broth, and added mushrooms while I was cooking the onions. I served it over bread because I thought I had noodles but didn't. Came out very tender and flavorful and most importantly, the kids liked it too!
