Boston Baked Beans

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2012
Very good recipe. I used 3 tablespoons of maple syrup plus 1 tablespoon of Molasses (for the colour) and added 2 tablespoons of Tomato paste (as we prefer the taste of tomatoes). Cooked it successfully in the Crock Pot for 8 hours on low after simmering for one hour on the stove top.

The Best Parmesan Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2012
It was tasty but turned out a little too dry to our liking, the sauce was probably absorbed by the croutons. Will grind up the garlic croutons into crumbs the next time when we bake it.

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2012
Great recipe! Was looking for something quick to cook tonight with the Hot Italian sausages (we had pork instead of turkey sausages) and we love it with the extra spicy taste of red chilli flakes! Thanks!!

Honey Ribs

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2010
Very good recipe and is a keeper! We served it with white rice for dinner and my fiancé enjoyed it very much. I made my own honey garlic BBQ sauce also found here at allrecipes and turned out great. We even used the extra honey BBQ sauce we had as a dip for the meat.

Curried Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2010
Good recipe, will definitely make it again. Next time I will try pan searing the meat for a couple of minutes each side to caramelize the sauce on the meat surface before baking in the oven for added flavour and colour.

Chocolate Chip Orange Zucchini Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2009
A very tasty & moist bread. Increased the zucchini to 3-4 cups for 2 loaves of bread as recommended by other cooks. I used 50% all purpose flour and 50% whole wheat flour for a heavier textured bread. Used 1 cup of white and 1 cup of brown sugar but will reduce the amount next time as it was a tad sweet. As we didn't have any chocolate chips at home, I chopped up a 100g bar of Belgian Cote d'Or NOIR Orange 70% cocoa and added 1 tablespoon of lime juice and used lime zest instead which worked very well with the recipe. It was excellent. Thank you!

Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2009
Very nice sauce indeed. I added some minced garlic while melting the butter in pan. The extra sauce on the serving plate did not go to waste; we mopped it up with some french baguette. yummy!
