Gisela's Butternut Squash Soup

Very yummy. Only used juice of one orange as recipe calls for, didn't have sour cream so used cream cheese instead and had to all just a little bit of curry and cayenne. It was awesome and I will be making this again. Thank you

Parmesan Chicken II

I have been making a recipe similar to this for 20 years or so. But of course I have a few changes and one of the best ingredients was left out.. the fresh parsley really makes it special..add it to the parmesan and put in some good bread crumbs. I also usually coat the chicken in melted butter to make the cheese, bread and parsley and garlic powder stick. Works great! This is my comfort dish for sure.
