I made this last night. I gave it 5 stars because my husband loved it. I personally did not. But that was just a matter of personal taste. I thought that the ingredients' flavors very nicely complimented each other, though. I followed the recipe to a t, pairing it down for 8 servings. I also cut the cayenne in half, and even then it had too much heat for me (I'm a wuss though!) Overall, it was a good recipe. Worth making again. Hubby liked so much he ate 4 pieces for dinner, and then 2 more later in the evening. Kids even liked it...THAT surprised me, they are super picky. I made fried rice to go with it, and saved the marinade (gasp-call the food police!) to make a sauce. (just a bit of advice, boil any marinade juices for a bit so kill any weird raw-chicken funk hiding in there) I had to add some vinegar to the sauce to counter the sweetness. Again, daddy liked :)
