AR RECIPES MAKE A RUSTIC DINNER PARTY -make ahead

HAPPY NEW YEARS TO ALL! We just had such a nice dinner party last night, I thought I'd share the menu. I was able to make the whole menu up ahead of time so that I had some energy to enjoy the party!...my kind of food.
A RUSTIC NEW YEARS EVE DINNER FOR 8
Swiss, Canadian White Cheddar and Aged Orange Cheddar cubes with Everything Bagel Chips
Green Grapes and Wine
Bacon Balsamic Deviled Eggs(AR)
Pierogi Casserole (AR
Rosemary Carrots (AR)
EZ Cream Biscuits (AR)
Joan's Famous Mondel Brodt (AR)
Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
Selection of Individually wrapped quality chocolate squares
Ghiradelli Grown Up Hot Chocolate (AR)

NOTES: * have your appetizer out in your sitting area as guests arrive...put your dog in his crate..LOL!
*Deviled eggs, carrots and Mondel Brodt can be made the day ahead
*assemble the casserole the morning of...add up to 15min baking time from fridge to oven..I'm thinking this might be OK the day before but didn't try it.
*dip cookies day before...I added pecans and craisins to the dough ..then dipped some and drizzled some with chocolate and left some plain....these are like biscotti but a little lighter.
*dip strawberries the afternoon of
*make up hot chocolate and reheat at dinner-I ended up with some other quality hot chocolate that I had on hand but added Grand Marnier to it...the Ghiradelli recipe sounded good but I didn't review it.
The flavors all blended very well and everyone raved about the food. The only recipe I was not happy with were the biscuits...I may have overcooked them, so I will not review until I try them again.
