Steve's Famous Garlic Home Fries

These had pretty good flavor. I made some changes to the heat though. I basically followed the recipe except at the end, I did not cook them on high heat for 10 minutes. If I would have done that, they would have been completely scorched. So, I cooked them on medium low for 10 minutes instead. I really enjoyed the favor though. I will use this recipe again.

Corn Dogs

I really enjoyed the batter to this recipe. It was really tasty. Everyone in my family liked it as well. I took the advice of the rest of the reviewers and dried the hot dogs and rolled them in flour before dipping them in the batter. It stuck really well. I will probably make this again.

Sloppy Joes on Buns

I thought this was really good and so did the rest of the family. But, we like our food sort of plain with nothing weird in it. I couldn't find the chunky spaghetti sauce, so I just used the traditional. But, we probably would have liked it better that way anyway. It probably could have used some salt, maybe some garlic, and brown sugar. But, it's pretty good as is.

Raspberry Fudge Brownies

This was good. Not the best though. The brownie part came out too cakey I think. But, they were still good. Good tasting.

Best-Ever Meatloaf

Creamy Green Beans Parmesan

This was just okay. I liked the cream and parmesan cheese, but did not like the pepper or nutmeg taste. If I try this again, I will try it without the nutmeg and less pepper next time.

This was really kind of inedible and tasteless. I probably won't make this again. I had to make a separate recipe for my husband because he doesn't like mayo or sour cream.

Lemonade Pork Chops

These pork chops were really good. I enjoyed the sweet, tangy, lemony taste. My husband probably wasn't too happy about the soy sauce, but I thought the taste wasn't too bad. I will make these again.

Bob's Awesome Lasagna

This was a good basic recipe. I think it needed more Italian spice in it though. It also didn't need to be cooked for a whole hour. It was probably ready to come out after 45 minutes. But, still pretty good.

Chicken Fried Steak II

This was really good and tasty. i thought this was going to be super spicy with all the hotpepper sauce, but it wasn't at all. i loved the taste of the breading, but it didn't stick very well. next time i will try the ideas of the reviewers. The meat was a little too chewy.

Creamy Potato Casserole

This was pretty good. I thought it had great flavor. I added another cup of cheese to the recipe. I put 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper. I thought it was good.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole IV

This was just okay. It wasn't the best. It was too watery. I think the broccoli needed to be defrosted and then the water poured out because I think that's what made it too watery. The green onions also were crunchy and I didn't like that.

Wow! This was delicious!! I loved the flavor. It was moist and I will probably make this again. I loved it!! I wanted seconds, but I couldn't because of my restricted diet and also because there wasn't any left. Even my son ate all of what was on his plate!

Roasted Rosemary Cauliflower
