Chicken Biscuit Pie
My husband and son loved this recipe. Next time, I will add some steamed celery and a little more chicken broth; found the filling a little dry. I also added a drained 4 oz can of sliced mushrooms to the recipe. The casserole dish was empty within 30 minutes. Will definitely make again.

Chicken Suiza Cornbread Bake
I have fresh farm eggs, so I used 2 of those; worked just fine. I added a 2 oz jar of pimiento for a little Tex-Mex flavor and color. I think next time I will also add a small drained can of black olive slices. I, too, used the whole small can of chopped chiles. DRAIN the whole corn can. I used a package of 4 cheeses shredded and it was just fine. I think the appearance is as good as the taste; it really is beautiful when it comes out of the oven. My cornbread mix also comes in a 7.5 oz box.

Divine Meatloaf
I used 1 1/2 lb of beef and the amt of green onion and bell pepper was just right. I used an 11 x 9 glass pan and that was perfect too. When I make it again, I will cut the sauce in 1/2; too much of a good thing. Warmed up for leftovers, it was even better than the first time around! I really like this recipe.
