This is the best recipe for moist chicken I have every tried. It worked so well I did our Thanksgiving turkey using this method. It was the most moist turkey we have ever had. Everyone raved how good it was. Thanks for a wonderful recipe on cooking chicken as well as other poultry.

perfect !!! this was so easy to make. thanks for a great recipe. i sprayed the inside of paper cups lightly with pam and they came off very easy

This is soooooooooo good! Thanks for the great recipe Jojolyn. Family loved it. I added diced tomatoes with green chiles just to spice it up because my family likes green chiles.

This was really good. I added diced green peppers,diced onion and also a little liquid smoke and they turned out great. My family loves the green peppers and liquid smoke taste. Thanks for sharing your recipe Tonya! Will be making these again soon.

Tanya's Louisiana Southern Fried Chicken

This is by far the best fried chicken recipe i have ever run across. The crust was so flakey and crisp. Like another user i have trouble with doneness of fried chicken so I too put it in the oven at 380 for 1/2 hour. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe Tanya!! Amount of seasonings were just perfect but i did use white pepper instead of black.

Grandma's Iron Skillet Apple Pie
