Sausage Stuffing

Yummy! I had to use regular ground sausage (The kind you use for lasagna) instead of breakfast sausage and it still came out great! I gave it 4 stars for lack of cooking instructions. But 30 min at 350F worked great! I also made my own bread cubes using whole wheat bread too and it still tasted great.

Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Stuffed with Spinach and Ricotta

Absolutely delicious!My husband and I are on the South Beach diet and this recipe was perfect for us. I did substitute the Bacon with prosciutto and it was divine.

Roast Chicken with Rosemary

Very easy to make! I did place butter under the skin of the chicken to make it extra juicier. The chicken came out beautifully!

Curried Coconut Chicken

I made the recipe last night and while it was good it needed more flavor and was not as spicy as I hoped.. This recipe might be a good introduction to someone who has never had Indian food before. The next time I make it I'll add in more curry and a few extra spices.

World's Best Lasagna

My husband said this was the best meal I ever made!! I did use spinach noodles and it was amazing. Better than my great-grandmothers recipie.... who was Italian.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

These cupcakes were a hit when I brought them into the office. One thing I will do different next time is make my cookie dough balls bigger. Since they were too small they turned into a soft cookie instead of dough.(Still yummy though).

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

What an amazing recipie!! I did substitute Garbanzo Flour for the bread crumbs to accommodate our low-carb diet. My husband loved the chicken and we made it again one week later!
