Easy Blender Salsa

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2011
My sister shared this with me and her directions were to add a clove of garlic (sliced), DON'T hold back on the cilantro, and to include the seeds of the jalapeno. No seeds = zero heat at all. The seeds add a little heat to bring it up to a mild.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2010
Just made these and they are awesome! I followed the entire recipe exactly except instead of water, I used a holiday apple pie liqure. I will try orange juice next time, as I do taste a hint of the apple pie flavor. Husband ate 2 on his way out after I had just put them on the cooling rack :) I took the advise of others and put the dough in the freezer for a few minutes and flattened them out (used the bottom of a cup that I sprayed w/non-stick spray). They do expand a little. Thanks!

Alfredo Sauce

very tasty. Only had milk, so used it instead of cream. Added extra garlic because my family loves garlic. Super easy and quick in a pinch!!!!

Vegetarian Ribs

It was fun to make! I had cut the recipe in half and it worked out great. I did cut back on the water as others had suggested. The first bite was weird, but they were yummy and I ate them for days! Great idea (kinda expensive)!

Bread Pudding I

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2009
I had never made this before and this is my first posting after years of using this site. I used 1 tablespoon of cinn, but could have used 2. Cooked for 40 minutes in a waterbath and soaked the raisins for about an hour beforehand in warm water. Thanks for the tips, it turned out AMAZING!!!!!
