excellent, made these for work and people asked for the recipe. The yield is not correct - I doubled the recipe and got over 120 cookies... they came out perfectly, but jeez, I was making cookies forever!

Easy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Way too garlicky, and too much lemon and I didn't even put in 1/3 cup. I would cut the garlic by 1/2 and cut down further on lemon juice... not a fan

Cucumber Fennel Salad

Very good - I'd recommend using a mandolin to thinly slice the fennel, but all in all a nice refreshing summer salad.

Fennel and Orange Salad

Very good, easy to make - I used two small ruby red grapefruits and really enjoyed it. I liked the mix of the tangy grapefruit and the nuttiness of the arugula, and the flavor of the fennel.

Balsamic Vinegar and Ginger Bok Choy

Good, really good. The preparation really cuts the bitterness I usually have with bok choy. I used powdered ginger and no capers and a little hot chilis... but definitely will make again, since I live next to an asian supermarket and bok choy is always cheap

Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, Leek and Coconut Milk Soup

This is delicious and easy -my boyfriend requests this ALL the time! I usually add in a little hot pepper flakes, but other than that, it's delicious as published here. and really easy!

Sausage Squash Skillet

this was really good - i didn't use the croutons, but I tossed it into some prepared quinoa - big hit! I also added some other spices to give it a little kick and used some spicy sage sausage (I like it a little spicy!)
