We have just retired to a beautiful area that has an abundance of fruit and vegetables. I have started making and selling jams and jellies this year. I just love it. Also cooking is my passion.
My favorite things to cook
I love making Sunday dinners. Prime rib, yorkshire and all the trimmings. I enjoy experimenting with a variety of ethnic foods and am always buying a "new" ingredient.

Mastering bread thanks to my dear friend Esther. Took me years. Now I need a tried and true recipe for sourdough bread :)

Ribs, ribs and more ribs. Just getting the hang of not burning them to an absolute crisp!
