Kolachky

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2002
WONDERFUL!!! These were delicious. They were easier to make than the roll out cookies I usually make. I got SO MANY compliments on them when I added them to my holiday treat baskets, that I'm sure I'll make them again.(Before Christmas rolls around again though.)

My 6 year old daughter said these were the best cookies I've ever made. They are delicious, but even better when they're still warm!!

Easy and Delicious Chicken

My husband and I thought this was ok, but our daughter HATED it. She wanted to skip dinner. We didn't think it tasted good re-heated.

Cheez-It® Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2002
I grew up on CheezIt chicken as a kid! I cut chicken breasts into strips, roll in egg, thenthe cheezits and bake at 400 for about 18-20 minutes or til done. I think they are less fattening than frying. My kids LOVE them!!!

Grilled Asparagus

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2004
I may never eat steamed asparagus again!! I made this last night with grilled zucchini, yellow squash (sliced), grilled green peppers, and a mountain of grilled shrimp. It was the first warm day of the season, sure tasted like summer!! I was eating the asparagus off the grill while I waited for the shrimp! You Gotta Try This!

Bisquick® Pancakes

Reviewed: May 2, 2009
Everytime I make pancakes I use the Bisquick Melt in Your Mouth Supreme instructions. (Stir in 2 Tbsp Sugar, 2 tsp. Baking Powder and 1 tsp. Vanilla). Then we let the creativity loose! One time we add a mashed banana, some chopped walnuts and some mini chocolate chips! The next time we add a mashed mango and some blueberries! Everytime they are delicious! We make enough to have some leftover so the kids can take them in a Tupperware container in their lunches for school. This is a quick, easy and economical way to make a healthy and yummy breakfast (or lunch, or dinner!) Eat up!
