I promised my niece a pancake dinner when I was babysitting only to discover I had no pancake mix. So I jumped on this site and my daughter picked this recipie. She made the batter all by herself and they were delicious!! So quick and easy to make. I will always make these instead of buying a box mix. Wouldn't change anything!

Cinnamon Chicken Nuggets

these were good. But tasted like they were missing something. Tried dipping in Honey Mustard. That helped but still...something was missing. i will make them again but with some experimenting.

Meatloaf Muffins

my husband won't eat anything if he sees green in it....lol. but even he ate these muffins with the green veggies in it from the vegetable soup. DELISH!!!!
