Homemade High Energy Clif Bars

Very good. Fun to play around with the flavors, just don't alter the flaxseed, nut butter, brown rice syrup, oats and crisp rice and you'll always come out with a tasty, healthy energy bar. Good for when you're hungry and not able to whip up a meal, like camping or long car rides.

Pizza Sauce and Dough

I can't speak for the sauce, but the dough recipe is great. Try different beers to alter the taste.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Very good marinade, worked very well. My only concern, and this might have been my fault, was I was expecting a bit more spice. So if you are worried about the abundance of cayenne pepper, relax, it ends up not being spicy.

Bread Machine Pumpernickel Bread

Honey Wheat Bread

I make this bread all the time. It always comes out great. The only thing I have edited over time was to use half the amount of instant coffee because with the full amount it has a definite coffee flavor, which is not what I want from a honey wheat recipe.

Cinnamon Bread II

Very good bread. Not too overly sweet or sugary, just right. I baked small 3 inch rolls and ended up having a bunch of people over after baking this and I ended up only eating one roll, but that should just show how good they are. They're nice and dense but still fluffy. Overall a successful recipe.

Steakhouse Wheat Bread for the Bread Machine

Best bread machine recipie I have ever found. Does NOT make a goopy mess. I followed the recipie exactly as it is shown and it makes absolutely wonderful bread.
