Chicken or Turkey Crepes with Tarragon

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
Easy crepe recipe with a great taste. It needed some more salt in the mixture, but I still loved it. Takes quite a while though.

Breaded Toasted Ravioli

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
They were a bit dry and the breading didn't stick well to one of he types of ravioli I used, but I still liked it. They'd make a great side dish.

Chocolate Banana Crepes

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
They tasted great, but they were really hard to manage. They crepes were thin and hard to spread, and the chocolate had to be done at a low heat and put on the crepe right away. Be ready for a challenge on this dish.

Calamari Steaks Parmigiano

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2009
It was good, but needed a bit of zing. I threw some lemon and a bit of garlic into the pan, but that wasn't enough. I still liked it though. Will try it again.

Asparagus with Brie

Reviewed: May 22, 2009
It was good. I used half a wheel of Brie, but shredded it and spread it out over the asparagus in a casserole dish. Came out nicely. Next time, I'll use chopped almonds instead of sesame seeds to give it a sweeter taste, because it came out a bit salty. Otherwise, very enjoyable.

Marmalade Pork Chops

Reviewed: May 22, 2009
Really good. Marinate it for some nice flavor. I did it with a pork tenderloin, and cooked it for 60 minutes, and it came out very nice. For the sauce, throw it over some cornstarch (2 tbsp) and whisk it over heat to thicken it up.
