Turkey a la King

this recipe gets 5 star simply because its great for left over turkey. i added onion and green pepper. used cream cheese instead of cream. addded a bit of sherry. servrd on banook(flat bread)

i was looking for a pasta sauce recipe and came across this. i left out the chicken, added mushrooms. i didn't have salad dressing mix either, so used italian seasoning. i skipped the oven altogether. and added parmensan to the pasta. it was left with a creamy alfredo sauce. next time i will add garlic

Pepper and Olive Pasta Sauce

i didn't have the all the tomato cocktail, no white wine or olives. i used 10 oz of cocktail and tomato paste, burgandy wine, and peperonici instead. I also added mushrooms,leek and onion. 1/4 the green pepper. left out the red crushed. add feta. it was good, probably worth 5 stars but i didn't follow reicpe.

White Nacho Cheese Sauce

this recipe was quite good. i followed it excatly the first time, but i made it to serve 2. not 4. I didn't have peppejack cheese. i used a mix of provolone, mozza and parmesan. the second time i added onion(half), hot peppers(1 habanero) and a little bit of garlic(2 cloves). next time i will add red pepper flakes and maybe some onion powder. it should be good.
