Chantal's New York Cheesecake

When I tried this recipe it was the first time I had made a cheesecake and so I was a bit intimidated, however this recipe was so amazing and simple to make. Now when I make it I do make some simple changes, first I don't add the flour so that it comes out with a richer, creamier texture. Secondly I don't put the cake directly into a water bath, instead I fill a pan with water and place it on the lower rack. This technique has the same effect as the water bath but ensure that the water stays out off the crust and you don't have to waste time with the foil. Finally I grease the sides of the pan before putting in the cake so that it is easier to remove later. I do let the cake sit in the oven for the full 6 hours to cool but you can take it out earlier if you wish.

Satay Chicken Pizza

Yummmmmy!! This pizza was not only super easy to make, but it was extremely tasty too. I made a few changes, like adding garlic and black pepper to my chicken while cooking it, and I put just a small amount of mozzarella cheese on it in addition to the provolone. I will be adding this to the line up of pizza that I already have. Family loved it so much.

Grilled Hawaiian Chicken and Pineapple Sandwiches

This was a fabulous recipe. My family is so hard to please when it comes to cooking them a meal that I am often scared to try new things, but this recipe was worth the risk, everyone loved it and I won't change a thing the next time I make it.

Meatloaf in a Mug

This was a fantastic way to make meatloaf. With three kids under the age of 5 I love recipes that are quick and still resemble a real meal. I did make a few changes like adding thyme and basil. I also like my meatloaf with bread crumbs instead of white bread. In the end I would totally make this again.
