Super-Simple, Super-Spicy Mongolian Beef

This was really good! I love spicy food so it was perfect for me. I didn't get to marinate the meat overnight but it was still good, I think it will be even better next time when I marinate it. I added some white onion and green bell pepper to it and it was so yummy! Thanks for the great recipe.

BLT Macaroni Salad

I have made this several times it is soooo yummy. Thank you so much for the recipe. The only thing I do different than the recipe is not add as much vinegar maybe 3 instead of 5, other than that I follow the recipe exactly and it's wonderful.

Standard Greek Salad

Barbeque Pork Two Ways

This was really good. I used a 4 lb shoulder roast and put it in the crock pot frozen before I left for work and it smelled really good when I came home. Instead of all the kethup I used some bottled BBQ sauce. This was really good, didn't have to add any extra sauce after putting them on the bun. Will make this again and again since it's cheap and easy and super good!!! Thank you

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Spicy Southwestern Slaw

This was good just a little greasy!!! I made this the night before and it was a little on the greasy side, but still good. I tried to follow the recipe except I used cumin instead of cayenne pepper because I have not been able to find it in the store for some reason, I didn't have cilantro and I used jarred jalapenos instead of fresh and sliced the carrots instead of shredding. I will make this again, it's a nice change from the usual creamy milky coleslaw!!!! Thank you.

Pineapple Chicken Tenders

I was excited to make these, because I had pineapple chicken at a friends and it is soooooo good. I followed the directions but not sure if I marinated for the full 30 minutes because the kids were starving. I baked them in the oven, I think if I make them on the grill and marinate longer they will be as good as my friends. Will be making these again!! Thanks

Grandmother's Pork Chop Dinner

I followed the recipe except added some chopped carrots. This was good, but I will make some changes next time I make it because it ended up reallly greasy. Next time I will crisp the bacon then set to the side and discard some of the grease. Add pork chops and brown on each side before adding the potatoes, carrots and onion, the potatoes were a little mushy. Very easy, leave it and forget it until it's done!!!! Thanks for sharing.

Red Potato Bites

These were okay they were missing something to me. Maybe because they are so small you can't really taste the filling, I don't know but everyone I ate I tried to figure out what it was missing but never could figure it out. I followed the recipe, but I'm not sure how long I boiled the potatoes for but I do know it was longer than 10 minutes. My little brother said liked them but he only ate 2 of them so not sure how much he really liked them. They did look cute, except for the few that the skins did break.

This was a great side dish. It makes A LOT though since I am the only one that will eat these veggies. I did not add the half and half because I never have it on hand, and I don't think it was missed. I will use less oil and buter next time. Very good.

Vegetarian Stuffed Poblano Peppers

These were really good. I didn't make them vegetarian, I used real ground hamburger. I didn't have pepper jack cheese so I just used a colby-mont. jack blend. I will be making these again!! I wanted more after they were gone.

Owen's BBQ Chicken

This was pretty good. I baked it because I don't have a grill. It turned out pretty good, I think it could have had more flavor, maybe I am just used to the bottled bbq sauce. I will make this again though, hopefully I will have a grill and can grill it.

Chipotle Marinated Grilled Chicken

Very good, I followed recipe except I baked it instead of grilling it. Baked at 350 for 40 minutes on a broiler pan, then switched it to a shallow dish and poured extra sauce over it( I made two seperate batches of the marinade). I used more chipotle peppers than just three ( the whole can between the two batches of sauce that I made) because I love Spicy. I was very happy with the way the chicken turned out!!! Thank you!!!

Stromboli

This was really good. I have made this before and the top is always soggy the dough never cooks through so I decided to cut the already made rolled dough in half then roll each one out and fill each one... Very very good worked out great this way. I should have used a little extra pizza sauce than I did because it was a little dry, I would have used the extra pizza sauce to dip them in but I used the leftover meat mixture and pizza sauce to make pizza pasta from this site. They were both good.

Pizza Casserole

This was quick and easy and tasted pretty good. I used meat mixture left over from stromboli's and added the rest of the pizza sauce from them as well. Mixed with pasta and cheese and baked. Will probably make again. Thanks

Mexican Zucchini Cheese Soup

Not sure what I did wrong but the texture of this soup was weird.... I only ate a small bowl and will probably throw the rest of it away. The other pictures looked soo good and it had really good reviews, so not sure if it's something that I did wrong not sure how that would have happened if I followed recipe and directions exactly...

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

I enjoyed this pasta salad. For my daughter's first b-day party I bought a bacon rance pasta salad from the deli at Meijer and this was better than that. I did have to make some changes just because I didn't have enough mayo for a full cup so I did about 1/4 cup mayo and the rest sour cream. I used the real bacon bits and didn't add the olives because I didn't have any. I used the whole envelope of ranch dressing. will make this again! Maybe add some chicken next time...
