Spaghetti and Clams
Tasty and a good way to use up about 1/2 a can of clams. Just cut recipe down for a single serving today, but still heavy on the garlic. No one likes me but me now :)

Creamy Mushroom Spaghetti Squash
Made this today and it was very good. I did have to change it up, as I did not have all the ingredients on hand. I had only sweet onion so I diced up 2 or 3 T. and cooked that in a bit of olive oil, added garlic, cream of mushroom soup, and heavy cream (about 1/4 cup) to use that up---since I didn't have sour cream either! added an egg and a bit of croutons, S & P and a bit of Parm. cheese. Then added the cooked squash, mixed it all up, put it in a greased pan and baked it at 350 for about 40 minutes. Everyone gave it a thumbs up at dinner today!

Delectable Marinated Chicken
Did not have teriyaki sauce, and instead of paprika we like the hotter "sambal oelek" chilies! added about a teaspoon of that to the marinade...only had it in the marinade for 2 hours (time constraints) and could not grill today. I think it turns out great and moist in the oven. I dumped all the marinade in w/the thighs in a skillet with very tight lid. Part way thru cooking time I added chopped mushrooms, celery and cabbage. Also added chopped green onion. Was VERY GOOD!!!! Served with instant potatoes. Rice would have been great too, but am nearly out of my brown rice. Thanks so much for this recipe Wilemon :)
