I followed this recipe exactly how it is listed and it came very well. I thought the flavor could have been a little bit stronger, but all in all, a good recipe.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I did NOT like this recipe at all. I followed the recipe exactly and I believe the mayo used in the sauce really ruins the recipe. It overpowers nearly every other ingredient and makes the fish taste bitter and like you've added sour cream instead of mayo. Unless you're a mayo fan then I would skip this recipe.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

I tried this recipe and while it wasn't bad or horrible, I definitely felt like I had wasted my ingredients. I feel the sour cream hurt his dish and gave it an overly bitter taste, to be honest, I'm not sure why it's even in the dish at all.

Berry Trifle

I'm not going to give this the full 5 stars because I felt like the sugar of the sweetened condensed milk made it sweeter than it needed to be. It could just be my taste/preference, but I think I'll just use vanilla pudding next time or something. Other than that you can't really go wrong with pound cake and fruit. :)

Pad Thai

I'm sorry, but I don't think this taste like Pad Thai at all. I followed the directions exactly and while I don't think this tastes really bad, I don't think that this is anything like Pad Thai.

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak

I thought this was a great meal. Please follow other people's advice and do not put the peppers in there for the entire duration. I did that the first time and by the time they came out they were falling apart and mushy.

I think what made this a lack luster meal was the hamburger. I think if you used real stew meat or something and a better gravy it would make the meal something you would want to have over and over again. But, it is what is it - hamburger, veggies, and mashed potatoes.

A very good recipe with a great sauce. Caution though, don't let it marinate too long or else the outside of the fish will absorb too much of the soy flavor and makes it too strong and you can't taste anything else.

Chicken Fried Chicken

I absolutely love this recipe. The breading on the chicken is wonderful and every time I've make this it comes out perfect. This only thing I don't add are the potato flakes (because I never have any) and I really don't think it hurts the flavor at all.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

AMAZING! I will never look for another ginger cookie in my entire life. These are the perfect cookie to me, soft and delicious. They stay chewy for days without getting hard or dry. I love them and my whole family agreed!

French Breakfast Muffins

These are great simple muffins. The batter makes just enough to enjoy in one morning, but doesn't really leave much for afterwards - which isn't really a problem to me since I think muffins should be enjoyed when they're first baked.

I'm sorry, maybe I just have a different taste than other people who rated this amazing. I followed the recipe exactly as it said and this cake did not turn out. I mean, just the way it tasted was unappealing - way too sweet and it just seemed like a really cheap tasting cake.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

I love this sauce on chicken. I think it makes plain chicken really stand out and this recipe is usually something that you always have on hand so it's perfect when you don't know what to do with chicken. I will always keep this!

Easily one of the best chili recipes that I've ever tried in my life. For the most part I follow the recipe exactly, except I don't put in the tomato juice, I use two cans of diced or crushed tomatos.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! I absolutely LOVE chicken pot pie and this tasted exactly how I love my pot pies. I especially loved the sauce that goes into it. One thing was that even though I followed the recipe exactly to a 't' it made a LOT more than would fit in my deep pie pan. So much that I had to use a different pot so everything would fit.

Andrea's Pasta Fagioli

I followed this recipe exactly as it was written. For the most part I thought this recipe was really good... however, I feel like something was missing for me to give this a full 5 stars. This was my first time having pasta fagioli, so many this just wasn't my thing. But I think for a quick fix because most of these things are in your cabinet, it's a great try for something different.
