Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce
This was fantastic! Definitely a little spicy (which I love), so if you don't like heat you should cut back on the crushed red pepper. I used double the vodka it called for and also added some pre-cooked shrimp at the end when I added the pasta in. I can't wait to have the leftovers for lunch today!

Cranberry Sauce
I was dubious of even trying this as someone who has grown up on canned, jellied cranberry sauce, but it was quite yummy. We made this for Thanksgiving dinner and everyone who dared to try it had more than one helping. We halved the orange juice, but still found the flavor to be a little strong. We made a double batch, which was a LOT.

Washabinaros Chili
This is the only chili I will ever make. Ever. I've made it a few times and it's always amazing. I've used sweet and hot sausage, ground turkey instead of beef, and I always find a different beer to vary the flavor a little, but no matter how I make it I'm literally left speechless. I personally like to use less spicy peppers (i.e. jalapeƱos and pablanos instead of habaneros), but there's still a good spice due to the wasabi and other spices. This recipe does make a lot, but I think it's even better reheated, so don't worry about leftovers. This is chili you will dream about. Make it. Now!
