Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This was super easy! I made this awhile ago and never rated it. I made it for a birthday at work and they all raved about it. I made this at night and left the cheesecake in the oven overnight. It came out perfect. Thanks for the recipe.

Easter Breakfast Casserole

I made this for breakfast this morning. I omitted the peppers cause I didn't have any. I also made my own hashbrowns. This made the baking time much shorter. It only took 45 min. The taste was great. My 2 year old even loved it. Thank you for the recipe.

Juicy Pork Chops

I took other reviewers advice and used half soy sauce and half worcestershire sauce. I marinaded for about 4 hours. The chops came out wonderfully. Very tender and juicy with great flavor. Super easy to make! This is definitly a keeper.

Butternut Squash Supreme

I made this last night. I loved it as is. My family wasn't crazy about it but hey don't like squash. I will make it next time my inlaws come over as I'm sure they will love it as well.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

This is a great starter recipe. It has all the basics but definitly needs some adjustments. I didn't boil the chicken. I cooked it on the stove with 1/2 tbsp of olive oil and 4-5 cloves of minced garlic. Instead of mushroom soup I used cream of chicken. I also substituted cream of celery soup for the mayonaisse. Then I sprinkled the top with Italian style bread crumbs in place of the stuffing mix.With these changes I would rate it 4 1/2 stars. Thanks for the great start.

Spicy Mexican Torte

This was super easy to make. THe only change I made was using 1 tortilla on the bottom and between layers. If you are like my family this recipe serves 3-4 people. Next time I make this I think I will use jalapenos instead of chiles to add a little more kick to it.

Mini Cheesecakes I

This was the first time I had ever attempted any type of cheesecake recipe other thatn Jello no bake. This was so simple. I used strawberry topping on some and left others plain. Everyone absolutley loved them. I will definitly be making these again.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

This was the first time I had ever made pulled pork. I was not to eager to make it as everyone always said how much work it was. Not this recipe! I put the meat and rootbeer in the slowcooker on low and left it over night. In the morning when I attempted to take the meat out I had a hard time because the meat was so tender and falling apart. For the sauce I mixed a variety of sauces together.Everyone at the party was raving about how tender it was and the fact that it wasn't too salty or too sweet. I will definitly use this recipe again.

Golden Rum Cake

I have made this several times now. Everyone loves it. THe only change I make is in the glaze. I cut the recipe in half. You can still taste the extra rum and it gives the cake a nice sheen. What this does is change the texture of the cake. YOu get a nice moist cake that isn't soaked. I don't like mushy cakes so this works for me.
