I am a novice at bread making, and don't own a bread machine, so tend to seek out recipes like these. This recipe should be in everyone's rotation, it's incredibly easy, there's no major time waiting on the dough to rise and the crust comes out beautifully. Even someone as new to bread as me found this easy (and yummy) to follow. Would definately recommend. If you're just making one 12 inch pizza, I'd recommend using half the dough and freezing the other half for another day. My first pizza was um, VERY deep dish, lol, it really only needed half the amount (note to self: press thin into pan, crust will rise significantly while baking :) )
