Banana Cream Pie I
it was sort of runny after chilling in the freezer for 1 hour and then fridge for 2 1/2 hours....not sure why..I actually added additional corn starch to help thicken it even more...the taste was good...could have used a little less sugar in the mix suggested by others but I followed the 3/4 cup white sugar.... mmmm seemed like it didn't taste enough like bananas to me... but that is just me...would I make this one again ? more than likely not....

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls
Very Yummy.....I didn't quite give it a 5 star because a few bites of my chicken were a bit dry so not sure what I will do to change it next time...other than that my husband and 3 year old daughter gobbled it down ! mmmmm

Florida Strawberry Muffins
I did the 1/2 cup butter, 3/4 cup white sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla and added 1/2 tsp. b powder and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon in addition to the nutmeg..I found the batter to be quit too thick so I added some Milk about 3/4 cup...turned out dryness here. I would reccomend adding some milk, yogurt, oil or something with more liquid...I can see why other reviews indicated it was dry....unless you have frozen berries maybe... Will make again with the tips from another review and adding the milk ! thanks !
