Perfect Lemon Squares

This recipe is delicious, but I added 3 tablespoons more lime juice because as it was I couldn't taste any lime flavour.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

These pancakes are delicious and have the exact same taste and texture like the ones my mother used to make. The only problem is the pancakes seemed a bit salty when I ate them right out of the pan, which I love to do, But once I added the honey, it balanced it out and I forgot about the saltiness. This is definitely a keeper!

Salmon Patties I

Delicious and so easy to make with ingredients always in the house. I made a few changes, I added pepper to balance out the saltiness from the salmon and I used the drained water instead of an egg and I baked it to reduce the fat and it came out great. I will definitely make this again.

Vanilla Pudding

The taste was ok, but this pudding didn't thicken at all, even after adding more cornstarch. I'll never make it again.
