Easy Granola Bars

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
These are WONDERFUL. We have a 17 year old here at the house and he loves to grab a couple of granola bars for breakfast. We decided to make these to see if he might like something a little healthier for him. It turned out that he loves them and he's picky about his granola bars too. We have made 2 batches of them so far and the only thing we did differently on the second batch was to add 1/3 cup of wheat bran and extra cranberries plus 1 tbs extra butter. We use our Ninja to chop up the cranberries, chocolate chips and almonds and that works perfectly. Wait till you try them. mmmmmm

Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2010
I made this tonight in my 6 qt crock pot. We loved it. I made a 12 serving size and like clockwork...it was done in 4 hrs on high. I added real garlic in place of the garlic powder but pretty much followed the original recipe. I'll be sure to make this again.

Bran Muffins III

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2009
I have made 2 batches of these muffins now and the last was quite a bit better. I too used 3 tbs of molassis and 3 tbs of honey. I then added 1/2 cup sugar free sweetner. They were lighter and had just enough sweetner. I did put a little nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla in too for a little extra flavor. We loved them

Baked Beans II

Reviewed: May 6, 2009
These beans were very good. I made it with Turkey bacon instead to cut down on the fat. Next time I would put a little less mustard in.
