Cheddar Baked Chicken
I followed the recipe almost exactly except I didn't have any rice krispies so I used Ritz crackers I crumbled in the food processor instead. I also didn't use butter, mostly because I forgot. The flavor was a little bland (probably b/c of the missing butter...maybe?) but the chicken was still very moist. The breading also didn't stay on at all, as soon as we cut into it, it fell right off. I followed the breading instructions completely, so what did I do wrong
