I made Enchiladas Verdes from the recipe here on AR. I agree it was delicious, but it was a pain in the butt to make! I burned my fingers dipping those tortillas in the boiling hot tomatillo sauce and then trying to roll them with the chicken and more hot sauce on them. How do you do it? …
