World's Best Lasagna

This was loved by all. I had maybe a cup of sause left over. I added garlic salt to the sause. You must take the casing off the sausage. No need to cook noodles at all just soak. Make the sause a day ahead of time, put the dish together, cover and let it sit over night. I pulled it out 2.5 hours prior to dinner. Let it sit on the counter an hour before cooking. I used slices reather than shredded cheese. I forgot the nutmeg :) I am a newbie to making things from scratch on a regular basis, but I found this not to tough. I drove my boyfriend crazy asking him to taste the sause all day long as I prepared it a day ahead of time and let it simmer all day, 6 hours or more. I added the sugar it called for and doubled the garlic. My picky kids ate it. My boy friends family loved it to. ***** this will almost over flow a 9 X 13 pan. I used glass and it was right to the very top. I had to push down the layers to try and fit it all. I will use a disposable one next time as I think those are bigger. *****

Apricot Chicken I

my whole family loves this one.... serve with rice. Use extra sause to pour over rice. Nice lunch left overs, as my co-workers love the smell.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II

I love this recipe. My son loves fired rice and I was sick of spending 10 bucks for take out 3 days aweek. Growing Teen he is. So, I started making this and now I add veggies. I love scallions and I add at least a 1/4 of a cup. I added carrots and red peppers to the onions after the onions are done. Next time, I will add more carrots as our 5 year old loved them. I followed the veggie cooking directions from the Chinese Chicken Fried Rice I.

Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze

Why oh why would you ever order it at a resturant when you can make it at home better. This is great! A keeper and a crowd pleaser. So so easy. Amazing !!!! My kids love salmon, but it can get boring. This recipe is reminds me of why I love salmon so much.

Creamy Rice Pudding

I am going to give this 5 based on all the reviews. I need some help though. I am eating rice pudding. I am so excited to make it myself. When shopping for rice. I couldnt find anything but Long grain or Jasmin. Can I use Jasmine rice? Or where do I purchase the med or short?
