Apricot Brown Sugar Ham
I made this recipe last night. The ham was very moist and just had the right sweetness/saltiness. My only problem was the brown sugar/apricot preserve mixture. It was really pasty and very difficult for me to apply on the ham. The mixture kept falling off. I had to press it firmly to the ham to make it stay. Does it make a difference using preserve and jam?

Creamy Rice Pudding
I have never had rice pudding before but have a sense of how pudding should be like. This is a very simple recipe. I used broken jasmine rice (can be purchased in Asian markets) and put all the rice in pudding. I used 1 can (13 oz) of coconut milk in the pot and used 1 cup of 2% milk to mix with the egg and raisins. The cooking time was cut down to 5-7 mins instead of 15-20 mins since broken rice makes it thick quickly. It turned out really good. My husband couldn't believe this was my first rice pudding. Thank you for the easy recipe.
