Easy Ice Cream Sandwiches

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2010
This was so good! I had about four of them when we took them out of the freezer! I wouldn't change a thing about this recipe! The only thing I would suggest is when the recipe says that you have to be quick when scooping the ice cream onto the cookies, you better do it FAST! Otherwise all the ice cream melts out of the cookies, and you end up redoing most of them! Other than that this recipe was a hit at dessert!

Yummy Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
I made this for work one night because we were doing a Italian themed dinner. This was the perfect recipe to please everybody! It was very simple to make. The only changes I made was that I half the ricotta cheese, used parmesan cheese instead of romano and used turkey pepperoni. I also combined the beef and sauce into one saucepan to cook together. I found that it was easier to work with when topping the layers. I love this recipe and will probably use it again for the next time I want to make lasagna!

Chocolate Mousse Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
What a wonderful pie! I made this for a birthday present and she loved it! I took the advice of another review and used a dark chocolate bar instead of the milk. I'm glad I did because it didn't come out really really sweet. It was just right! Next time I think I will make this using the whipped cream instead of the heavy whipping cream. It still turned out yummy!

One Bowl Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2011
I made this for my friend for her birthday. She is such a brownie lover that I decide to make some for her from scratch. They turned out okay. It wasn't really what I was expecting. They were more cake like than the fudge like ones we were use to. I think that next time I will reduce the eggs to only two, use a 8 in square pan and bake it for 30 minutes.

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2012
I made this to frost my big cookie cake I made. I used 1 1/2 cup of confectioners sugar instead of 2. I also reduce the milk to 1 tbsp. It turn out just right for me and not too sweet!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
These are some awesome cookies! They look like they would be kind of hard to make but they aren't! The only changed I made was that I omitted the brown sugar. I didn't wanted them to be overkill on sugar since you needed to add a peanut butter cup later on. I was also able to use a regular muffin pan since we didn't have a mini. They turned out delicious, and everyone loved them!

Guacamole

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2012
This is such a great recipe. I omitted the the cilantro since I didn't care for it. I was quick and easy to make. I had it whipped up in no time! I refrigerate it for a couple of hours to let the taste set in before I had some. It was very good, and this recipe couldn't have been any easier!

Quick Strawberry Shortcake

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2012
I LOVE strawberry shortcake! It is one of my favorite desserts. I was searching for a recipe to make it when I came across this one. It is very quick and easy! I skipped the condensed milk since I didn't know what to do with it. For the shortcake cups, I used the ones publix sells. Its usually next to the strawberries. I love this so much! Its like having a short cut to one of my favorite desserts with 1/2 the wait time! I used heavy whipping cream and added in 2 tbsp of sugar when I was whipping it. Next time I think I'll use the whipped topping cream in a can and see how that turns out!

Tacos in Pasta Shells

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
Yummy! My friend and I made this for dinner tonight, and it turned out to be superb! We doubled the recipe and omitted the cream cheese since she didn't like that. This recipe is very easy to follow, and we didn't run into any trouble making this! We served it with some italian bread that we topped with a little bit of butter and some cheese. This is fantastic for mexican food lovers!

Easy Homemade Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
We omitted the beans when my friends and I made this chili. We had it with tortilla chips and saltines. This was a really easy and simple recipe. Next time when I make this I'll probably add in some more vegetables like green peppers and corn. Great recipe to customize!

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2012
Delicious cookies!!! My sister and cousin made them one night, and they said it took forver but it was worth the wait. They used regular caramels without the chocolate covering for the cookies and skipped the rolling in sugar part. They turned out to be very soft. They ended up having a ton of cookies but that wasn't a problem!

Caramel Brownies III

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2011
This is a superb recipe! I made this for my sister, who is the biggest caramel lover ever. Since we had a couple of caramello bars handy we used those instead of the bag of caramel. I also used whole milk instead of evaporated milk. We also skipped the refridgerator part since we used caramello bars. They turned out to be just what she was craving! I had a couple of pieces with vanillia ice cream on top!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
Terrific frosting recipe! Very simple and easy! I made this to put on a vanilla cake I made for a birthday. I had no trouble whipping this up! It was my first time making frosting, so I was a little nervous on how it would turn out. It was fantastic! The only thing I had to change in this recipe was the amount o the vanilla. I reduce it down to 1/2 teaspoon. I kept everything else the same. I loved making this, and my friends enjoy eating this too! I had a friend who didn't like cream cheese, but she loved this! I would recommend this recipe to anyone!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2012
Wonderful recipe! I made this twice in one week! That is now good this recipe is. During the first time I only used 1 tsp of cinnamon because I only had that much around. The second time around I had forgotten to buy some more cinnamon, so I made it without the cinnamon. I didn't pack the brown sugar and skipped the fork dipped in sugar at the end. I used a cookie scooper and ended up with 2 inch cookies. I baked them for about 9 minutes. They tasted and turned out great both times. Very chewy! I couldn't stop eating them, and I even had a few for breakfast with my coffee. I got plenty of compliments on these cookies as well!

Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2012
Yummy!! I've been dying to make these since I came across this recipe. When I made these I ended up with a dozen instead of the 1 1/2 dozen stated on the recipe. I was able to fill the cups almost fill before I stuck in the peanut butter cups. I substitute the water call for in the recipe for milk. Other than that I made no other changes. They turned out really wonderful, and I made them made in no time!!

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2012
Awesome!! Instead of baking this in a pizza pan I used a medium cookie sheet. I omitted the nuts and baked it for about 22 minutes. I had some left over cookie dough which I just made into cookies. I refridgerated the rest of the cookie dough while the big one was baking. When it was done I baked the rest for 7 minutes. I used a buttercream icing to frost the cookie cake. I also ran out of parchment paper, so I used aluminum foil sprayed with a little bit of cooking spray. I was able to slide it right off when it cooled!

MMMMM... Brownies

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2011
What a easy and delicious recipe! I made homemade brownies before, and they turned out terrible. I was a little hesitate to make these, but they turned out great! They were so yummy I couldn't stop eating them when I took them out of the oven. I followed the recipe exactly and made no changes. I will make this over and over again!
