Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2011
This is a similiar recipe for the one I usually use for cream cheese frosting. The only thing with this recipe is that it calls for less sugar and more heavy cream. It turned out alright. It wasn't as sweet as frosting usually is. I enjoyed it and will probably make it again!

Candy Cane Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2011
Great fudge recipe! It was so simple to make for the holidays. I gave some to my friends and family. They enjoyed it as much as I did! I didn't have to change anything about this recipe. This will probably become part of my holiday recipes!

Banana Pudding IV

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2011
I made it for a Thanksgiving dessert this year, and it turned out terrible! I followed the recipes exactly, but I think there was too much milk involved. We ended up throwing it away. What a waste of time!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2011
This is a fantastic chocolate chip cookie recipe! It was easy and simple to follow. I omitted the salt and didn't pack the brown sugar. I baked them for about 19 minutes, and they turned out just right! I gave some to family and friends who enjoyed them as much as I did!

Jumbo Dark Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2011
I took the advice of another review and skipped the salt. I used dark brown sugar, and I didn't pack it in since I didn't want it to be too sweet. I baked them for 16 minutes, but I think they needed to be in there for about 18 minutes. My cookies were starting to fall apart when I was tasting one of them. They were fairly easy to make. I love dark chocolate and these had a that rich dark chocolatey taste! They were also a little cake like which I didn't mind.

Brownie Crackles

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2011
These are so easy and delightful to make! They were almost no work at all. I omitted the semisweet chocolate chips and baked them for 9 minutes. They were the perfect amount of chewiness! I kept a few for myself and gave some to friends. They were a hit!

Caramel Brownies III

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2011
This is a superb recipe! I made this for my sister, who is the biggest caramel lover ever. Since we had a couple of caramello bars handy we used those instead of the bag of caramel. I also used whole milk instead of evaporated milk. We also skipped the refridgerator part since we used caramello bars. They turned out to be just what she was craving! I had a couple of pieces with vanillia ice cream on top!

Yummy Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2011
I made this for work one night because we were doing a Italian themed dinner. This was the perfect recipe to please everybody! It was very simple to make. The only changes I made was that I half the ricotta cheese, used parmesan cheese instead of romano and used turkey pepperoni. I also combined the beef and sauce into one saucepan to cook together. I found that it was easier to work with when topping the layers. I love this recipe and will probably use it again for the next time I want to make lasagna!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
These are some awesome cookies! They look like they would be kind of hard to make but they aren't! The only changed I made was that I omitted the brown sugar. I didn't wanted them to be overkill on sugar since you needed to add a peanut butter cup later on. I was also able to use a regular muffin pan since we didn't have a mini. They turned out delicious, and everyone loved them!

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
Terrific frosting recipe! Very simple and easy! I made this to put on a vanilla cake I made for a birthday. I had no trouble whipping this up! It was my first time making frosting, so I was a little nervous on how it would turn out. It was fantastic! The only thing I had to change in this recipe was the amount o the vanilla. I reduce it down to 1/2 teaspoon. I kept everything else the same. I loved making this, and my friends enjoy eating this too! I had a friend who didn't like cream cheese, but she loved this! I would recommend this recipe to anyone!

Tacos in Pasta Shells

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
Yummy! My friend and I made this for dinner tonight, and it turned out to be superb! We doubled the recipe and omitted the cream cheese since she didn't like that. This recipe is very easy to follow, and we didn't run into any trouble making this! We served it with some italian bread that we topped with a little bit of butter and some cheese. This is fantastic for mexican food lovers!

Chocolate Mousse Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2011
What a wonderful pie! I made this for a birthday present and she loved it! I took the advice of another review and used a dark chocolate bar instead of the milk. I'm glad I did because it didn't come out really really sweet. It was just right! Next time I think I will make this using the whipped cream instead of the heavy whipping cream. It still turned out yummy!

One Bowl Brownies

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2011
I made this for my friend for her birthday. She is such a brownie lover that I decide to make some for her from scratch. They turned out okay. It wasn't really what I was expecting. They were more cake like than the fudge like ones we were use to. I think that next time I will reduce the eggs to only two, use a 8 in square pan and bake it for 30 minutes.

Frozen Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2011
I made this for my best friend who LOVES cookie dough. I used chocolate chunks instead of the mini chocolate chips, left out the walnuts and used only a teaspoon of vanilla extract. They were delicious! I think next time I will cut down on the butter using only one and a half sticks. Other than that this is a perfect treat for a cookie dough lover!

Garlic Spaghetti

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2011
What a fantastic recipe! I made this for a early dinner one day because it seemed very quick and easy. It was! It smells so good when I was mixing the garlic and spaghetti together. I used extra virgin olive oil to cook with the garlic and omitted the parsley. I served it with some baked chicken seasoned with basil. My family loved it!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2010
I had to add and change somethings in this recipe. I skipped the margarine, reduce the cream cheese to 4 ounce and used a cream of mushroom. I added in some red peppers, mushrooms and about a 1/3 cup of sour cream. I served it over some spaghetti noodles for dinner one night. It was really good! This is a easy recipe to start out with and to add to according to your preferences!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2010
BEST Peanut Butter Pie I've Had! I made a few changes to the recipe so I would end up with just one pie instead of two. I took the advice of another review and cut the sugar to 3/4 cup. I also skipped the milk and added only 1/2 cup of peanut butter. This was my first time making a peanut butter pie so I was a little nervous on now it would turn out. I have no worries now this recipe is practically dummy proof!

Whipped Cream

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2010
This was so quick and easy I had it made in no time! You must be careful not to over beat otherwise it turns out very lumpy!! The only I changed was the sugar. I increased it to two tablespoons. We had this has a topping to the apple pie I made. Delish!

Puppy Chow II

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2010
This stuff is soooo goood!!! The only change I made to this recipe is that instead of using 1/3 cup of confectioners sugar I used a cup because I wanted every single cereal bit to be covered. I used a resealable gallon zip lock bag to shake the sugar onto the cereal. Next time I think I will cut the peanut butter down to a 1/2 cup but this still turned out delicious!!!
