Peanut Butter Cup Brownies
Yummy!! I've been dying to make these since I came across this recipe. When I made these I ended up with a dozen instead of the 1 1/2 dozen stated on the recipe. I was able to fill the cups almost fill before I stuck in the peanut butter cups. I substitute the water call for in the recipe for milk. Other than that I made no other changes. They turned out really wonderful, and I made them made in no time!!

Quick Strawberry Shortcake
I LOVE strawberry shortcake! It is one of my favorite desserts. I was searching for a recipe to make it when I came across this one. It is very quick and easy! I skipped the condensed milk since I didn't know what to do with it. For the shortcake cups, I used the ones publix sells. Its usually next to the strawberries. I love this so much! Its like having a short cut to one of my favorite desserts with 1/2 the wait time! I used heavy whipping cream and added in 2 tbsp of sugar when I was whipping it. Next time I think I'll use the whipped topping cream in a can and see how that turns out!

Easy Cream Cheese Danish
Wow! By the time I had this cooled and ready to eat almost half was gone! I didn't have any lemon juice so I had to omit that ingredient. I also didn't make the topping because I was out of confectioner's sugar. I was so eager so make this I didn't make sure I had all my ingredients. It wasn't a problem though. It turned out super! Next time I think I'll half the cream cheese mixture and add some type of fruit jelly on top before I add on the other layer of crescents. I love how this recipe is very simple and yet you can tweak it to your own personal preference!
