Homemade Egg Noodles

I'm giving this recipe 2 stars (which I have NEVER done on this site before), even though I haven't even rolled the noodles out yet, because of the incomplete instructions. I have never made homemade noodles, nor seen anyone do it, so I have no idea how thin to roll the dough or how long to dry the noodles or cook them. I'm searching around reviews from different recipes and everyone has something different to say. Argh! My family's expecting dinner in an hour or so, but it may be a pizza night! My fault for craving egg noodles that I can't find at the grocery store anymore. Very frustrating!

This was my first attempt at cooking Indian food. Thank you Alicia! My husband said that if all vegetables tasted like this (i.e., the cauliflower), he would eat them more often! Now, on to an Indian eggplant recipe....

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

I've made this twice now and everyone has really liked it. I did thin the sauce with some milk. The "prep time" being listed at 10 minutes is ludicrous--it takes 10 minutes to gather the ingredients from the pantry and frig!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

A family favorite. I, too, use frozen chicken breasts then shred them after they're cooked. My picky family doesn't like "chunks" of tomatoes, so I use petite-diced tomatoes and typically, I throw in a can of black beans, unless the bean-hating side of the family is eating with us. The basic recipe is great!

White Sangria

Fantastic...I took the advice of a previous review and doubled the recipe and had some left-over... (hurray for me!). I've been adding more white wine, ginger ale and a splash of schnapps to the fruit and enjoying it for the last couple of days.
