Braised Balsamic Chicken

I made this today with roasted potatoes,and will make it again! I had to cook the breasts 3 at a time so I divided the vinegar up. It's a nice change up, and looks and tastes good. Thanks for sharing.

Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Made this today for Thanksgiving, for the first time, and it was a HIT! I prepped it the night before, with a few revisions. I added the pepper (green, red, and yellow) and onion blend you can find in the frozen section at Kroger. I also let it cook for a little over an hour. I will make this again for sure.

Ragu® No Frying Chicken Parmesan

Tried this tonight, it was awesome! I topped it with parmesan, even though the recipe doesn't. I did cook pasta with it too. I have my lunch for work. SO GOOD!

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

I enjoyed this dish. I made some changes. I seasoned the meat with OBay. I used broccoli and mushrooms instead of asparagus. Overall it was tasty, and like some comments I read, you can add a little more salt to your liking.

Classic Macaroni and Cheese

I made this last night. Its even better for my lunch! The only changes I made was I added shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chedder. I didnt bake it for an hour, maybe 35- 40 mins at 350 like other readers suggested. I will make this again.

Easy Lasagna III

I agree this is a great dish. I used ground turkey instead of beef. I also took one person's advice and added mozzarela, but only to the top. Next time I will put it throughout. I will make this again! I think I will try spaghetti sauce next time as well. Both times was with the no boil noddles. 12/27 made it again using mozzarella (4 cups) and parmesan chesse(2 cups) instead of cottage and spaghetti sauce and it was even better!!!
