My cooking triumphs

My husband knows I like to cook and recently found this website for me. I absolutely love it!!! I have probably made at least 12 recipes from this website in the last 3 months, and they are all great recipes.

My cooking tragedies

I made a crab casserole once, and I had to take the crab out of the shell myself. My casserole ended up being crunchy because of all the shell pieces.woops :(! next time im buying my crab already out of the shell!!

Taco Salad I

I know people hate this as I do myself but I wanted to share the way I make this. I have not made this recipe so cannot really rate it. I also use doritos instead of tortilla chips, and instead of french dressing I use zesty catalina. I don't use beans, sour cream or salsa and its still good. but thats just me. I do add cucumbers and red and green peppers. I know some people said they didn't like it with the french dressing, try it with the catalina maybe you will like it better. I hope I could help, and didn't upset anyone in the process.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Just made these for dinner. they are very good. This recipe is a keeper. I will def be making these again soon. Oh and I didn't change a thing. Thanks for posting!!

Roast Beef Stuffed Shells

These were just ok.. I used gouda cheese. I brought some over to my mother in law and she ended up taking them out of the shells. she said she couldn't get past the roast beef in the pasta shells. seeing as how i pretty much only cook for my family and not myself, i don't know if i will be making this again.
